I have always had niggles with running. It would become more painful to run in different areas of my legs. I would head off to different people to try and fix what was wrong but in the end I would end up not running for weeks. Swimming luckily was there to take its place but I enjoyed running so I had to find an answer. Christine got right down to basics and really took time in analyzing my stride etc. She really loves what she does and always is happy to impart with knowledge that she has gained either personally or collectively. I am now injury free and running well in her orthotics which she made for me. Pure freedom! Highly recommended.
