At the start of the new year I set myself a punishing schedule to get fit. I signed up for the Miami marathon, two legs of the Cross-Island relay, the Fort Luaderdale marathon and the Off The Beaten Track ultra-marathon all within 4 weeks of each other. After Miami I was in a bit of pain and second guessing my over commitment; however, several trips to Christine and the team at ASAP and I was off the injury list and running better than ever.
